Food is consistently tasty! Service is good! There's wait sometimes but the place seems full on weekends! Ambience is modern but sorta dated!

The food was insanely tasty I got the eggs ham fries bread and bacon sausage idk how to pronounce it. The service was good when I tried the sausage together with bread it was amazing when I tried the fries and ketchup tasted I little bit off. The ham and bread were also amazing the eggs and bread were also amazing the IHOP did have rock music the volume was soft the ambiance was good it also had Coloring papers for children who like coloring everything we order was AMAZING

On the north side of Route 7, but partially hidden by some bushes, is this iHop. Of all the iHops in the area, we have found this one to be one of the best with the servers friendly and the food always hot. The seasonal "pumpkin" pancakes are sweet and do not really need syrup. As a person with limited mobility and using a cane, the only problem was having to walk to a distant booth when some booths closer to the door appeared to be available.

Lizzet has served us a few times now. She is attentive, helpful and friendly. The place was clean, orderly and quiet since it wasn't busy. Food was made to order and fast.

This iHop in Sterling is a great find. In this very expensive era for fine dining it is refreshing to find a place that offers delicious food with good prices. I've never had a bad meal here. The latest thing they are offering is Eggs Benedict with hash browns. I had the Classic. It was done perfectly. Normally I get the 2+2+2 which is two eggs, two strips bacon, or your choice, and two pancakes. Perfect every time. Love love love the pancakes!

My dear friend Donald J recently went to an IHOP on Long Island and posted some yummy photos. As luck would have it I came across an IHOP on my day off here in Sterling, Virginia just 30 minutes from DC and five hours from my home in NY. I don't see how this IHOP establishment could get an average 2.5 star rating! The young host and hostess were so sweet, on the ball, welcoming and just the perfect front staff and face for this restaurant. My server Eduardo was a gem. I could see his real and positive energy from 30 feet away as he brought the meals to a family of four. A good guy, patient, soft spoken yet very sharp( I saw him carry five plates on his hands and forearms- I would have dropped them instantly) and great at taking care of five tables simultaneously with everyone happy and satisfied. Love the new menu with the multiple crepe options. Love that they also have simple breakfast entrees without the combo if one just feels like a light bite. Love the veggie options - I opted for the Plant based combo with egg whites, veg sausage patties, juicy and sweet fresh fruit and two really delicious protein pancakes. Everything was fantastic. The coffee was hot and the decanter left on the table was ample. Love that they have I Hoppy hour daily from 3-9 pm with sweet deals starting at $6 on omelettes, burritos, sandwiches, breakfast entrees and also great snacks - mozzarella sticks, chicken strips and jalapeño poppers at $4.99 each. The menu is new and has a lot of variety with something for all age groups and tastes any time, day or night. I had a wonderful meal and am just really energized. The restaurant is packed at 10:50 am and there are two parties waiting. This was a Five Star experience all the way!
